Baby Grace's First Portraits

There is just something so special about those first few weeks with a brand new baby. The tiny fingers, sleepy stretches, and little yawns are just the cutest things ever. Getting to photograph Baby Grace's newborn session was amazing, and I loved every second of it.
Grace was so sleepy during her session. She gave us plenty of those peaceful, sleepy poses, but she also showed off her bright little personality with a few curious looks at the camera.
One of my favorite parts of newborn sessions is watching parents soak in these moments with their newest little love. These are the photos that will become family favorites years from now. I also made sure to capture plenty of family photos. While newborn portraits are wonderful, I love capturing the parents and their baby.
Newborn sessions are designed to be relaxed and stress-free. Babies set the pace, so there's always time for feeding, diaper changes, and plenty of cuddles. There is never any rush, and that's exactly how it should be during those first few weeks of parenthood.

If you're expecting and looking for a newborn photographer, I recommend booking your session during your second or early third trimester. That way, your spot is reserved before your little one arrives, and we'll simply schedule the session once baby is here.
