A Family Portrait Amongst the Leaves

The Harrison's met me one warm fall evening for my mini-session at Brenton Arboretum in Dallas Center, Iowa. Their little one was super relaxed and seemed happy to be outside wearing his cute new sweater. Iowa did not dissapoint with the weather and the absolutelty, gorgeous fall colors every where in the park.
At first their little boy didn't want to smile but he was enjoying the weather and never really gave a fuss. He did enjoying being throw in the air like an airplane or twirled around by momma! Working with kids is always an adventure, but I love it when they start laughing and smiling with their parents, really shows how much those kids love their parents.
They wore the cutest fall clothes and looked like such a beautiful family getting some fall portraits done. You can never go wrong with oranges, blues and creams, the landscape complimented them in every way. These images better be hanging on their walls at home, they are so cute!
Hanging with the Harrisons was awesome, and being able to photograph that cute little baby of theirs was everything! I can't wait to see them at my next mini-session day for more cute images and memories.
